Private AI appliances

Your documents never leave the building.

MyriadPulse builds private AI appliances for professions that cannot send client information to a public AI tool. The machine is installed in your office. Your files, the AI model and every answer stay on it.

Stays in your office

  • Every file you load
  • The AI model itself, running on the appliance
  • Every question asked and every answer returned
  • The daily encrypted backup

Never happens

  • No upload to ChatGPT or any public AI tool
  • No offshore or US data processor
  • No per-question or per-seat cloud fees
  • No cloud account holding your clients’ information

The problem

Most practices want AI. Few can put a client file into one.

Public AI tools are capable and cheap, and they are also the one place a confidential file cannot go. If you are bound by a regulator’s confidentiality duty — a legal practitioner, a doctor, an auditor, a financial adviser — pasting a client’s documents into a hosted chatbot is not a policy problem you can write your way out of.

So the work that would benefit most from AI is exactly the work that stays manual.

MyriadPulse closes that gap by moving the AI to the documents instead of the documents to the AI. An appliance is a small, dedicated machine that sits in your office. Staff open a web address in a browser; there is nothing to install on their computers. The model, the files and the answers never leave that one machine.

What every appliance does

One core, then a pack for your profession

The hard parts are the same everywhere. What changes is the vocabulary, the templates and the workflows on top.

Reads what you have

Loads your existing files, including scanned and image-only PDFs, which are put through OCR so a photographed bundle is as searchable as a typed one.

Answers from the record

Every answer is grounded in the documents in front of it. Ask something the file does not cover and it says so rather than filling the gap.

Keeps files apart

Each client or matter is its own collection. A question scoped to one will not draw on another — enforced by the system, not by whoever is typing.

Runs without the internet

The model and the documents are both on the appliance, so it keeps working on your local network when the line goes down.

Backs itself up

Daily automatic encrypted backups and hourly health monitoring, with a monthly healthcheck report.

Is managed for you

Installed, configured, updated and supported by MyriadPulse. You are buying a running system, not a computer with software on it.

The principle

Confidentiality as architecture, not policy.

A cloud tool asks you to trust a promise about what happens to your data somewhere else. An appliance removes the somewhere else.

The guarantee is physical. There is no outbound path for your files to take, so there is no policy to breach, no processor agreement to audit, and nothing to explain to a regulator about where client information went.

Divisions

Built for professions with a confidentiality duty

We build for practices where confidentiality is set by a regulator rather than chosen as a preference, and where the work is paper-heavy enough for it to matter.

Where it goes next

Medical practices, mental health practitioners, accounting firms, auditing firms, tax practitioners, financial advisers, insurance brokers and property practitioners — each with its own regulator and its own paperwork.

None of these are available to buy yet. If you work in one and the problem sounds familiar, tell us — that is how the next one gets chosen.

We do not build separate software for each profession. One core does ingest, OCR, retrieval, citation, isolation, backup and updates; a profession pack adds the knowledge, templates and workflows on top.

Setup once, then one monthly fee

Pricing for the first appliance. One number that does not move for your term, covering the software licence, support, updates, backups, monitoring — and the appliance itself, until it is yours.

Setup, once

R12,000or R4,000 a month for the first three months

Preparation, on-site installation, accounts, up to 3 matter collections, backup verification, training and week-1 follow-up.

Then, 24 months

R7,000per month — then the appliance is yours

After that the fee drops to R5,000 a month. Or buy the appliance on day one for R25,000 and pay R5,000 from month one.

All prices exclude VAT. Shorter terms available: 18 months at R7,500 or 12 months at R8,000. Six-month minimum, then month to month. Full schedule →

First three firms only

Founding-client rate, for the life of your agreement

The first three firms to install MyriadPulse Legal pay R9,500 setup and R5,500 a month on the 24-month path, dropping to R3,500 once the appliance is theirs. That is R38,500 less over the first two years, and R1,500 less every month after — and it does not expire when the offer closes.
